Why can’t I send and receive text messages?
It’s possible that your Service Centre Address settings are not working properly. It’s not difficult to fix, but it is possible!
For an iPhone device:
1. 1. Call the number*#5005*7672#To access the Service Center Address settings.
2. 2.If the Service Center Address does not include +65 9684 5999call **5005*7672*+6596845999#To reset your settings. Service Centre Address
3. And you’re done! Now you can send and receive SMS’s.
Android devices:
1. 1.SMS app > Menu > Settings.
2. 2. Select “Message Centre”. Call +65 9684 5999.
3. If the Service Center Address does not include +65 9684 5999Edit the number+65 9684 5999Tap OK.
4. And you’re done! Now you can send and receive SMS’s.
