Hi, I have a Tefal Smart Protect Steam Iron FV4980 which I bought in Dec 2019 with a 2 year warranty. Lately, it’s been leaking when I iron and my dry clothings become wet from ironing and the heat from the iron is sporadic. This makes ironing very ineffective and not at all smart.
I would like to send it for servicing and repair under warranty. Please advise if I can drop off at your service center at Pemimpin this week.

Hi , i purchased TEFAL VAC CYCLONIC TW-2947 in Nov-2020 with additional warranty.
Recently we experienced that the VAC CLEANER stops intermittently. This is highly inconvenient and I doubt over the quality of the product.
I tried to contact the service center for quite some time but its just goes in circles of proving options from start to end and no one answers including Service & Repair Enquiry , After sales support and Operator.

Hi, I purchased Tefal TT5500 Toast N Egg toaster about a month ago in April 2021 from Tampines Courts Megastore. It was working fine and it toasted the bread perfectly. But last week, the toaster suddenly stop functioning. The light did not turn on despite being plugged in. I check nothing seems damaged but there is a hint of unusual burned smell from the insides.
Would it be possible for me to send it for repairs or seek replacement for my toaster?
