Present your original Proof of Purchase (invoice), model and serial number of the product, and photo evidence of the product’s defects to OnePlus Customer Service at https://www.oneplus.com/sg/support.
OnePlus Customer Service will assess your claim and will contact you if it is approved.
If your claim is approved, you will need to send your product to the authorized service center for repair.
