I have been contacted ATT support several times to resolve my issue and I am getting rude and cruel responses from ATT reward customer support.
Here is the background of the issue.
I was supposed to receive two rewards cards ($200 & $100) , but I received only one $200. I contacted ATT reward support with the above said number and I have been told that I will be receiving the remaining amount in the same card with an additional $30(Total $330) within 48 hours. I waited for 4 days and I checked the balance and it was only $175. I contacted support again and discussed it with the person (ID: DY.096) and he asked me to check after 12 hours. I waited for 24 hours and checked the balance and it was $0. Contacted again the customer service and I have been asked to wait again 8 hours. Waited more than 4 days and still it is $0.
Reached the customer care this morning and I have been asked to wait again for 12 hours. When I raised my concern they responded very rude and irresponsible. I have a lot of work and I don’t want to waste my time by contacting customer care back to back. The person talking with me this morning(4/19) was very rude and threatening by asking my nationality. He also disconnected the call in the middle of talking.
I never expected this kind of worst customer support and I was looking for the right email to raise my complaint and concern.
Please try to resolve this issue and let me know when I can check my card balance.

I am so disgusted with att direct tv.No one helps you at all.All it’s been is a pain neck to deal with.Nothing but problems and lies that’s all we’ve had since Aug 2021.Cannot wait to be rid of them and their crappy service and customer service SUCKS.
