I live in Phnom penh/Cambodia. I got the several items from Aliexpress. In last time, your ZTO delivery person demanded to pay the delivery charge: $1/pc. I complained Aliexpress about it. Aliexpress has confirmed that ZTO delivery person demanding $1/pc can not be allowed and against Aliexpress policy. Today, I got 3 pcs from Aliexpress and ZTO delivery person demanded me to pay $3 as the delivery charge. Without paying it, he would not give me my parcels. I paid $3 to him. I would like you to pay me back $3.
For your reference, the delivery through other logistic company, never asks us to pay the delivery charge.
