My 1TB My Passport external hard disk was used as a storage device for Starhub Cable TV recordings.
My 64bits Win10 File explorer cannot detect the drive but shown as an external device where I can eject it.
I format it and still cannot be detected in File Explorer to use it as a backup external storage device.
Please help.

Hi, I have an old WD Caviar Green HDD that I have setup for NAS.
It was in RAID mode, and supposed to have mirror storage on both HDD (both are same WD model).
But now, my NAS has outrun it’s lifespan, and I remove the HDD and try to access it, but the HDD is totally not readable. Is there anyway that I can retrieve the info from the same WD HDD? Or is there anyway that your service centre can help to revive the connection so that I can use a dock station to access the HDD to retrieve the info?
WD mycloud not able to connect. When I connect the lan cable directly to my laptop lan port I can access dashboard. But when I connect to my router I cannot access to this device.
