  1. Dear Sir/Madam, my order number is: X6711178. I applied for a service through MWEB sometime around September/October. Beginning December I received an SMS to pay R399, I paid the next day. A day later I receive a call from a certain lady, I had an appointment for 21 Dec 2021. On the 20 Dec 2021, I started receiving SMS saying that someone from Vuma will contact me within 5 days, but if I have an appointment, it will interface on their system.

    Based on the last sentence, I presumed that the SMS is from MWEB. Since around the 28 Dec, the SMS’s now say someone from Vuma will contact me to make an appointment.
    1) What happened to my appointment?
    2) where is the courtesy call to tell me the cause for the delay?
    3) why must I contact Vuma, I applied with MWEB?
    4) Is this customer service?
    5) Is MWEB aware of what is happening? Is this a sabotage?

    I’m not surprised why I’m seeing so many complaints about Vuma on the websites and Facebook.
    I’m not surprised why MWEB is rated so low.
    I made contact with WEBAfrica, they also work with Vuma, but I must first cancel my order with MWEB before i can be assisted. So, it looks like Vuma is holding the cards and is controlling the game.

    • You guys are useless, careless and hopeless on a very high great. You quick to cut the services even before monthend now this burstard of yours decided to disconnect all the devices and and the password doesn’t work. Whom and how should we get help.

  2. My router was activated on the 21st January. A week latter it was Deactivated without notice. I paid R399 on the 14th January. Even now (7th February) it is not still activated. I tried to find out the problem nobody is saying anything. Please advice

  11. Hi I have applied through Vodacom to help my Wi-Fi relocated as I was moving on 28November 2023. I sent through and email to Vodacom on the 1 November telling them we relocating. 28Th Nov I call to check when my Wi-Fi will be installed only to be told to choose a service provider. I then choose vuma , info given again and still I am waiting for a call to tell me what’s happening.i have been dealing with a few consultants but nobody updates me , this is pathetic customer service.
