Hello, My Truke Yoga 1 headphone having below issue from last 3-4 days, please provide solution for it.

Right side ear buds not working
Sometimes left or sometime right and sometimes both sounds low Automatically and we can’t high. It works after 1 or 2 days properly and again older problem starts.
Mike quality is so poor at the time of riding, 2nd person can’t hear our voice who talk with me on call

I purchased Truke earbuds from flipkart on 9th April 2022. Within 2 weeks of time right side earbud stopped working. Not even getting charged. I spoke to the customer service of Flipkart they said return period is over. But this earbuds has 6 months Warranty. I found your customer service whatsapp number. I pinged there. And executive asked me to visit service center which is in Faridabad or Rohtak. Can you please explain that I purchased this product for 799.00. And I bought this product because this was under warranty of 6 months atleast. If I wanted to waste my money I would have done that by purchasing anything but your earbuds. For that 799.00/- you people are asking me to go to Rohtak or Faridabad from Gurgaon and visit service center to get this earbuds fixed. Seriously?
