  1. I received my t6 on 9/20/20. They worked fine until today. The left earbud is fine. The right earbud’s red light flashes rapidly and does not stop. I have tried to reset. I have put the right one into the left charging with no success.

I bought TOZO T10 Bluetooth 5.0 Wireless Earbuds with Wireless Charging Case IPX8 Waterproof TWS Stereo Headphones in Ear Built in Mic Headset Premium Sound with Deep Bass for Sport White from Amazon 3 months ago. I started using it about 1 month ago. The right earbud is not charging anymore. I can still charge the left earbud in both charging sites in the case. Please get back to me to solve this issue.

    • I’m having the exact same problem. Got the earbuds in December. Today (mid April) the problem just started. No sound. No power. And when I put in charging case, no red light. Nothing. Help?

  3. I have a set of Tozo 10 and the left earbud has stopped pairing with the right. All I get is the start of the pairing then it buzzes twice and quits. What can I do to resolve this issue?

  5. I’m out these earbuds the Tozo T10 Bluetooth 5.0 wireless ear buds on May 9 2020, They worked good for a month & one day after I couldn’t return them they wouldn’t even charge!!! I called and called and called Amazon but they were not answering any phone calls during this time during the pandemic!!!! I just recently found them again !!! I would like my $ 40. Back !!! This is the worst investment and waste of money that I have ever made!!!! Please text me a response!!!!!

  6. I got my tozo t6 on feb 13,2020 and now my earbuds won’t charge. I’ve tried resetting but they still won’t work. The case doesn’t charge.

  7. I had a pair of overhead bluetooth headphones which i was able to pair up with both my Samsung phone and Smartwatch.. Having recently got a pair of T6, I’m finding I can only pair them to my phone or watch not both… Is it something i am doing wrong or can’t these be paired to both my phone and watch at the same time …????

  9. Tozo T10 Earbuds
    First, I noticed that the audio from music sources, such as Pandora or the Music app, stopped working. The phone audio still work, normally.
    I tried forgetting and resetting. I looked online for other suggestions, but did not find a solution. Can you tell me how to restore my T10 ear buds? Thank you.

  12. Started having a muffled sound coming out of of one of the earbuds T6. Jaime, was very responsive right off the first email. I have sent 4 since then and no response. Was asked for proof of purchase and a positive review. I have done all that and now I can’t get a response if the warranty set was sent out

The left bud stopped working, I have contacted customer service and have not heard from a soul, so there is no support for these products once sold… Beware of this shady company… If you have any problems, Tozo suggests buying another pair instead of replacement. No warranty honored at all from Tozo. Not even the extended warranty that this company offers but for what, you can’t do a thing with it… No one even responds at all! Customer service does not exist with Tozo. Buy with no confidence, buy blindly, if you want no support for your products then this is for you… What a risk! Beware!!!!

  15. Hi I’ve have my ear buds since April 2021 they have been brilliant until the right buds as all lights turns to next track turns volume up but no sound comes out I’ve done all the resets and stuff so would be nice for a replacement many thanks.

  16. I was given this website by Amazon support. I have problem with my Tazo-9. I bought it last year at 2020-April. It has been working fine. Today, it won;t work correctly. Only one bud can connect at one time. The other one is in paring mode and eventually turned off. It’s inconsistent with bud is wrong, some times it’s left cannot connect, sometimes it’s right. I tried many things but it won;t fix.

  17. Hello, I purchased earbuds in May. About 1 week ago the left earbud stopped charging. nothing lights up on the earbud. No red light, no blue light. I’ve tried charging overnight, I tried repairing, I restarted my phone and forgot the device and tried to pair again and nothing. Only the right one works. Please help!. I couldn’t access the warranty page or the tozo store page.

  18. I have owned a pair of Tozo T-6 ear buds foe around 12 months and the right ear but has stopped working/ charging completely. No lights come on at all on the right ear bud so I can’t factory reset. There is no issue with the charging pack orvthe left ear bud. The right bud has simply stopped working overnight. Is there anything that can be done to attempt to make it work?

Sometime near after Christmas, I sent a note or email to your customer service department that I had received a set of Tozo A1 earbuds for Christmas and upon checking the contents of the long box withe charging cable, there wasn’t a package of different size earbuds. After checking and confirming the buyers account (my son-in-law), you wrote you would send me a set of earbuds. I waited quite a while for them and at the end of January, a package arrived. Excitedly I opened the package thinking I would finally get to use the A1 earbuds. That excitement quickly died when I opened the package and found that,instead of a package of earbuds for the A1, you sent me a flexible silicone rubber case with a small caribiner clip. That all said, I AGAIN REQUEST that you send me a set of SILICONE RUBBER EARBUD TIPS as soon as possible so I can finally start using the A!’s to listen to my music. My info is below: Thank you

  25. I purchased the T12 and I could hear the caller but the caller couldn’t hear me. They kept saying all they heard was background noise. So I returned them and purchased the T12Pros … I am having the same exact issue.

    I’ve followed the instructions on how to wear them and people kept saying that all they hear is background noise especially when I’m walking outside or at the gym.

    Is there something I am doing wrong?

    I bought my Tozo T6 earbuds through Amazon 05 May 2021. They came with a 18 month warranty which I did activate via the QR code. Unfortunately the left one has stopped working. Please can you advise what I should do.
