  1. My family has been with Telus for 48 years. My home, phone, mobile are all with Telus. Last spring I spoke to a Telus rep regarding High speed wifi. We had been paying for it for a few years and we didn’t even have it in our area of St. Albert. It was agreed they would give us 1 year free high speed because FibreUpgrade was coming into our neighborhood. We were the first to sign up, our whole neighborhood got it except us. We were contacted by Telus to again apply for Fibreoptic. Again I applied and still did not get it. We were told it would be in before winter again that did not happen. It is not Mar 28 and I received a letter from Telus asking once again to apply. I spoke to Jeff Nichols from Telus who is in charge of our area. He told me we would get it even if the ground was frozen in the fall.
    The agreement I made with telus to get free high speed has not come into affect because we do not have it YET. I would love to speak to Telus (not a rep who has no authority) but to someone who has a say in what we are entitled to, to call me or email me. Thankyou. Terry O’Donnell 780-459-2957
