Starhub replaced my faulty Modem,router and tv+box on 18/5/21,in the process my digital home lan line was affected.Site personnel Jason told me it will be activated in 4 hrs and starhub personnel will be calling me.Till this morning 19 /5/21 it is still not working and nobody has called me.
I called 1633 and spoke to Jassa and she tried to bboth the system but unable to.
She had informed me that she will send a message to the technical team and they will call me to resolve the problem.I am waiting,have lost all faith in your organization.Promises made and not followed up.
