For Samsung Mobile customers, to drop-off, their mobile devices at the nearest available store, and Samsung service staff will send the devices to the Service Center for repairing.
Samsung Mobile Customers can also collect their repaired devices at the same store. The stores provide Drop-off service for Samsung Consumer Electronic Products.
