Do not recommend. Purchased last night and it won’t unlock it has a password i have used $20 in credit trying to get help as a friend made me go and get this and paid as my mum had a stroke and i need to keep contact with the hospital. The local phone shop here said it is common as some phone companies scam people and the phones never work or people can ever get into them. Each person has told me to take it to Melbourne as that is the only service centre. This phone cost good money and i am very disappointed. Gorgeous looking phone but i can’t use it. I will be taking it back as it will cost me too much to keep following this up. I have used my hospital call credit to try and sort this. Rediculous. Be careful. Do not recommend!
