Troubleshooting Tips

The blood Pressure Monitor status in Connection Center is shown as ‘Your device isn’t

Connection is not well established | Ensure the USB cable is properly plugged
into the computer and the device. |
Disconnect the USB cable and the
reconnect it, then wait several seconds |

There are measurements on your blood pressure device but they are not uploading when the device is connected | The computer and device might be out of sync |

If you connect your cable more than 20 seconds after you take a reading, Connection Center may not detect it. If Connection Center does not detect it, please disconnect the cable and reconnect
it again. |

Make sure the Blood Pressure Monitor selector is switched to the correct user (A or B). NOTE: You can configure the Connection
Center to upload data from A or B or both. |

The device display is blank. | Power off | Check that the device is turned on.
If running from a wall outlet, check that the cord is attached to both the device and outlet. |
No battery power | Replace batteries, referring to the battery installation instructions.

The device shows ‘E1’ | The air plug is not connected or air is leaking from the arm cuff. | Check the air plug connection. Take another measurement and remain still until the measurement is complete. |
