  2. Hi,

    I have problem looking into Merchant Connect since morning and when I tried calling your helpline, there is no option to talk to anybody as everything is no automated with no option to talk to someone.

    How do I get someone on the line?

    I tried a few times in the morning and in the afternoon as well and not able to log in.

    Kindly assist urgently as we need to access it as soon as possible.

  4. Hello NETS

    We just opened a new NETS account and got a NETS machine.

    The Machine doesn’t seem to be working properly. I have read the instructions many times but I cannot get it to process a single NETS transaction. Everytime the card is declined. Also the machine will go to ‘sleep’ and can’t be waken up. Then when I hook it up to the power source again it will wake up. But this is not a battery issue because the machine has been charged a lot and shows full battery.

    Please help. I CANNOT get through the helpline despite trying very hard yesterday. It was always ‘sorry we are experiencing high call volume’. I work frontlines so I also cannot afford to spend all that time tied up waiting for a response.

    What happened to the old technical system where we can just call the helpline and a technician will show up within a day?
