Hi, my parents are staying with my single brother. He got them a helper 2 yrs ago. My dad passed on last December. Since then, my mum, my brother and the helper would stay with me for at least 2 weeks per month. The reason my mum has mild dementia and I feel with them coming to my house, at least my mum is not saddened with my dad passing and to ease my brother on taking care of my mum alone.

If I tender the resignation letter on 15.3, given one month notice as per contract, so last day is,14.4.2024, so am I eligible to encash last year annual leave?
