Logitech goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This warranty is provided by Logitech International SA, EPFL – Innovation Park, Daniel Borel Innovation Center, 1015 Lausanne, Switzerland.

How to Claim Logitech Warranty?

The first thing to do if you think you may have a warranty claim is to visit support.logitech.com where you will find a wide range of Support and FAQ pages with valuable technical assistance.

If you do not find a solution on the Logitech website, please contact the retailer from whom you made your purchase.  Valid warranty claims are generally processed through the point-of-purchase retailer during the first thirty (30) days after purchase.  This period of time may vary depending on the retailer.
