How to Claim Logitech Warranty?

If you do not find a solution on the Logitech website, please contact the retailer from whom you made your purchase. Valid warranty claims are generally processed through the point-of-purchase retailer during the first thirty (30) days after purchase. This period of time may vary depending on the retailer.

Hi, I have a set of Astro A20 wireless headset, the microphone on them has stopped working, I had purchased them through JB Hi-Fi with a 2 year extended replacement warranty! They said to contact you guys, what do I need to do?
RE: Logitech G703 Hero Lightspeed Wireless mouse
Purchased: 17 April 2020 from online retailer: I.T.S. Australia t/as Logitechshop
I contacted Logitech Australia and went through process of troubleshooting with chat person but to no avail could not rectify fault.
The mouse fault is that the scrolling wheel does no longer work.
Received the following Logitech confirmation ticket number 7923041 dated 03 December 2021
I communicated with the online supplier on 06 December 2021 and followed with another email on 07 January 2022; however, no response has been received and communicating with the business seems useless.
As the product is yours then the ultimate responsibility for warranty claims must rest with you and to this end I seek the processing of my warranty claim.
