  1. Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service provided by J&T regarding receiving empty parcel (JT20240178985829). It has been almost a week since I received any updates from J&T, and despite my attempts to seek assistance, I have not received a single courtesy reply. The seller is unresponsive and seemingly missing in action, and my frustration has only intensified as I have not received any news or updates from J&T. Unfortunately, my experience has left me feeling scammed, having received an empty box with no recourse as I had made a cash payment to J&T. I reported the incident promptly to J&T in an effort to halt the payment, but to my dismay, I have not received a single update or reply. This lack of communication and resolution is unacceptable. I urgently request information on who I can escalate this matter to. I need immediate assistance and resolution to rectify this situation. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated. Steven
