    I bought a set of JBL Live300TWS and recently discovered that one side of the ear buds is very soft and has static noise.

    Do I need a queue number for getting it fix or just walk-in the service center?

  4. Hi, i recently bought JBL Quantum Duo speaker from Lazada online, now i have an issue, the speaker will goes into power saving mode once a while. The Lazada online retail shop owner told me it comes with 1 year warranty. I believe the speakers are ok, just that i not sure how to turn off the power saving mode, as it does affect me when i playing game. can you please advise me on how to do it?

    My JBL playlist 150 unable to connect to both WiFi and Bluetooth, beside it keep prompt me statics sound.where can I send it for repair? Is it possible to mail it over and mail back to me once it’s done repair? I would like to have a quotation after I get all the detail I need then I’ll send it over(if possible)
