Hi, i recently bought JBL Quantum Duo speaker from Lazada online, now i have an issue, the speaker will goes into power saving mode once a while. The Lazada online retail shop owner told me it comes with 1 year warranty. I believe the speakers are ok, just that i not sure how to turn off the power saving mode, as it does affect me when i playing game. can you please advise me on how to do it?
