Hi. I have been here for a week with ABC shooting a show. I witnessed the most upsetting situation here today. I was walking through the lobby this old couple has 3 service dogs and had a reservation that there employees knew about. They drove 6 hours here and wee told they cannot stay here. There are no hotels close by and Hilton should have honored their reservation that was booked. . They kicked them out. I was so hurt by this seeing the husband in his wheel chair tired and needing to get rest. The woman was so sweet and kind i offered to pay for their room to better the situation. The manager who was so rude wouldn’t even come out of the office to help and left the front desk woman to deal with it. It is his job. His name is Shane. What a jerk. I offered to keep one of the dogs in my room and he would not let me. No way am i standing for this. These people needed help ask to make them pay for two rooms. Unacceptable. I offered to pay to help out with the stress. I hope that you will research this and reimburse me. The woman was going to have a mental breakdown. They deserve the upmost attention and help. The manager was horrible. Could care less and should be fired for lack of concern on customers. I will be contacting the head of our travel and we will cancel our whole ABC account. I will not stand for discrimination and especially every dog has their papers and legal. Please contact me regarding this issue. It is a very serious matter and i hope you acknowledge how wrong it was and honestly the womans room should be comped and i should be reimbursed 200 for the room. These people did planned the evening drive far away to be kicked out with no other options. How dare this happen. I am very upset and everyone else that witnessed the lady and husband were also please do the right thing. Hilton has always been my favorite hotel and i hope it stays that way. Thank you so much
