  5. I ordered my food from grab and even had a confirmation from grab.
    After 1 hour, my account has been suspended.
    What rubbish is this?
    We are waiting for our food until now and ur hotline is not even available..

  6. This is a spam. I just merely browsing next moment it becomes an order. When the screen says processing, I immediately called the restaurant and request to cancel via grab app. The restaurant says grab will have the say. Grab says the restaurant can’t cancel. I am being pushed and forced to accept the food cause is food prepared. Split seconds both parties can tell me food prepared !? I will not use grab food I cause too much shock to me. People out there pls think twice when you are browsing. The worse part is the customer support told me they will call me, I have waited for 3weeks with no calls and 2 emails were sent to me claiming that 3 dollars vouchers under my rewards for me to claim, does this works after knowing a customer us being traumatised? The other email best of the best says I am being refunded within the next day, there is no crediting at all. All lies and empty promises
