All MarQ products are designed and manufactured with the highest standards for quality, performance, ease of use and ease of installation. If you encounter any issue while using any of our products, we recommend that you first consult the user manual
or the product information in the support section of the MarQ website, where (depending on the product type) you may find a downloadable user manual.

In the unlikely event of a failure of the product, MarQ will arrange for it to be serviced, free-of-charge (if under warranty period or else chargeable basis service provided), provided that the product was used in accordance with the user manual (for example,
in the intended environment).
