U13 Error in Google Pay
What’s the significance of this code? It’s simply a sign that Google pay is not able to connect to the bank’s servers. We have also encountered this issue when we added an HDFC account.
The only way to fix this is to wait and try later. Try this at least before 9 AM and then after 10 pm since the bank servers aren’t as busy during the early morning hours and evening.

From 3 days I’m facing issue in google pay and PhonePe while doing transactions, show servers down and error u 13. Please solve the issue as son as possible.
