We had purchased a TV On dated 25-02-2021 and delivered by 27-03-2021 by E- commerce Platform Amazon But Since the time installing unit quality was very poor and and had having the much issue of remote control panel. This is pressing regularly with any touch. Then we had made complaint 14-03-2021 when remote control stopped to working on. But a guys from service center called us to installing the unit then We said it is remote control issue same Technician replied on phone He is cancelling the case. After this we have no any information what happened? Consequences that Unit is still sleeping off and no One guys acme to resolved our complaint so far.
Now you all crossed the limit of patience we want replacement of this TV We do not like such poor Brand/quality product and also going to file cases against Amazon and Eairtec.
Why Amazon a multinational E commerce company dealing with such Brand/ poor
quality?
