Re Tracking Number 43670900020300014510 for Mattress in a box from Mobile Mattress.
A check of your Tracking Site this morning indicated “Tracking Nbr not found”.
I was originally advised that consignment will be delivered 24th Dec.
Can you confirm the status of the delivery today.

Why aren’t your delivery drivers wearing masks. Twice now your driver in Rockhampton justs walks in without a mask and puts the parcel on my reception desk. It is mandatory for everyone to wear a mask when entering a business. He is going from one place to another so he should have one on.
This is unacceptble.
