Hari ini (09/11/2021) saya, isteri dan bapa mertua saya ke Bank Simpanan Nasional BUKIT MERTAJAM, P, PG pada pukul 10.30pagi untuk berurusan penutupan akaun bapa mertua. Umor beliau 86 tahun sudah tentulah setiap pergerakan amat terbatas. Isteri saya masuk kedalam Bank bagi urusan penutupan akaun tersebut…isteri saya bertemu dengan seorang teller perempuan dan menyatakan keadaan bapa mertua saya dimana kedua-dua belah ibu jari beliau dalam keadaan rosak sudah pasti. Teller tersebut arahkan kami ke JPN untuk mendapatkan surat pengesahan dari pejabat JPN tersebut. Pada Jam 11.00pagi setelah mendapat surat pengesahan kami kembali ke BSN dan bertemu dengan teller tersebut urusan penutupan akaun tadi. Dari jam 11.00pagi tiada apa tindakan yang diambil oleh teller tersebut hingga pukul 12.15tengahari. Itu pun saya telefon isteri saya kenapa lambat sangat….Teller tersebut menyatakan mungkin proses ambil masa SEDIKIT kepada isteri saya….10 minit kemudian isteri saya keluar dan menyatakan teller tersebut mengarahkan supaya bapa mertua saya masukj kedalam bank untuk cop jari….saya amat marah dengan tindakan beliau yang mana keadaan bapa mertua saya yang tidak dapat berjalan dengan kuat dan setiap langkah kena berhati-hati dan penat. Bagi saya tiada rasional lagi memandangkan ibu jari rosak dan tiada urat di ibujari beliau dan kami sudah pun mengambil surat pengesahan begitu juga urusan penutupan akaun cukup mudah apabila akaun ditutup dan buku akaun diambil sudah tentu bapa mertua saya tidak boleh berurusan lagi bank. Kenapa hendak menyusahkan wargamas yang berusia 86 tahun ini…Saya mohonlah pada pihak atasan(Top Management) supaya baiki balik policy dan sop yang menyusahkan wargamas semua…Jam 12.45tengahari baru selesai proses penutupan akaun…Bank hendaklah professional sikit dan top management yang experience kena tengok hal-hal ini….kesialah sama dengan orang pencen….
