    I had a pair of BassHeads 225 earphones. They stopped working in around 6 months. I contacted boAt customer service and they told me to visit the nearest service center which was far away from my place.

    Service Center Address for Mumbai:

    C-255, 2nd Floor, Guru Gobind Singh Industrial Estate, Next to Jay coach, Off W.E.Highway, Goregaon East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400063

    This was around 20kms from my place and was buried deep inside streets in an old building. It was very difficult to find this service center. And this is the case with Metro city like Mumbai, just imagine the case with small cities.

    But still the staff at the service center was humble and helpful. They replaced earphones in just 5 minutes.

  2. Well, I had the same problem. I was looking for support to fix my boAt BassHeads 225 earphones. I browsed to support.boat-lifestyle.com/, and the system asked me to register the product. I tried, but the problem is that in the product list I did not find boAt BassHeads 225 to choose.

    As a second option, you can call the customer service number: +91-22-30147239 but on my case, no one receives my call.

    Don’t know why they do this to a customer.

    Disappointment.

  3. Well I had the same question before, So I asked the the procedure and here is the reply I got :-

    I request you to email us the following details

    1) Name of the product

    2) Issue with your product

    3) Proper Invoice

    4) Address with Pin-code and contact number.

    We will arrange a FedEx pick-up for you if they provide service at your pin-code.

  4. You can claim your warranty by complaining online. If your product is in warranty period. Boat offers online warranty service to the areas where service centre is not present. But it takes almost one months to get the replaced products.

    Firstly you have to register a complaint in its official site.

    Then your damaged product will be picked up by the courier service.

    Then it goes to service center.

    Then they issue a new products to you if you previous product is damaged too much.

    Then they send a replacement unit to your address by the courier service.

    After that you will get that.

    Generally it takes almost 20 days to get a complete replacement.

    Hi sir Bluetooth was not worked at one side I forwarded to claim warranty at may 10th still 2 months completed no one can responded so many times called to the customer care everytime he said that give me 48 hours resolved the issue but 48 hours complete no mail no call totally no responded I called mostly 10 times every time said that same matter no change . Pls resolve immediately
